Floribert BELOKO TAKANAKI, Bac en économie rurale et DES en Développement Rural Intégré (Ulaval), Maîtrise en andragogie et intervention éducative (UMontréal), Chef des programmes de développement rural intégré depuis 9, Responsable de Centre de Formation des Agents de développement pour le renforcement des capacités locales pendant 3 ans, Collaborateur au service d’appui aux acteurs de la coopération au développement de Wallonie-Bruxelles et Coopérant ONG pendant 2 ans, Chef de la délégation des peuples autochtones (pygmées) du Sankuru au GTP à Genève - Suisse pendant 2 ans, Formateur des Formateurs, Floribert est spécialisé aussi en gestion de projets et approches participatives.
