Short biographic note

Dr. Rafaël Schneider works for the Deutsche Welthungerhilfe/German Agro Action, a private organisation acting in the area of development cooperation and humanitarian aid. He is advisor for development policies and food security. The main topics of his desk are rural development, food security, sustainable agriculture, hunger reduction, climate change and right to food. Before, he has been coordinator at the German Development Service (DED) in Chad and advisor in a DED-GTZ-Program in Benin.
